Last May, the general secretary of the National Association of Public Employees (ANEP- Asociacino Nacional de Empleados Publicos), Albino Vargas, reported to the Municipal Council about some anomalies that occur internally in the Municipality of Santa Cruz and that have not been solved. The Voice of Guanacaste confirmed the cases presented with the municipality’s human resources department and internal auditor’s office.
