Are you not so much of a meat eater? Or not even any animal products? If you still crave some juicy burgers, the good news is that vegans Fabrizio Pilato and Anita Zuzul quietly opened Luv Burger at the beginning of March, as the one and only completely vegan fast food restaurant in Samara. Their special vegan burger has proved to be the most popular item on the menu so far, but they also offer their versions of casados, salads, broth soups, ice-cream and smoothies. The burgers are served on unbleached wheat buns that are custom made for the restaurant. Additionally, Luv Burger makes its own ketchup and mayonnaise and brews its own kombucha, a sweet tea that the Chinese believe detoxifies the body and energizes the mind. Luv Burger is located in Patio Colonial, across from the bus stop at the entrance of Samara and is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
