Some four minutes of dance, music and a lot of partying compiled into a video will help you relive the experience of the Caricaco Music Festival, which was held during March of this year in Nosara.

The audiovisual production was published this week on the festival’s YouTube channel and was produced by Costa Rican director Miguel Gomez, along with his brother Dennis. Miguel has gained national prominence for films such as Italia 90 and El Fin (The End).

According to Alejandro Gutierrez, the festival’s producers, the idea for the video was to document the 2014 event.

“We wanted to compile everything that happened, see the people that went, the bands that played, and also for those who couldn’t go to be able to see what Caricaco is about,” explained Gutierrez.

According to the event’s organizer, they are working to put together the 2015 edition, which is planned for March and will be a bit bigger.

“We want the festival to be more comprehensive and involve more of the Nosara community. We want more people and businesses to participate in the festival. We’ll see if next year it can be more days, but we are working on it,” said Gutierrez.

For now, the organization is looking for volunteers and businesses that want to become part of the event. Those interested can should email
