Internet and Telephone Service was Down in Nosara Due to Platform Truck Transporting a Crane

After the weekend, its always hard to get back into the work rhythm of Monday, but even more difficult when phones and the Internet do not work.

This Monday 11th, at 7 AM, a crane, that was transported on a truck, cut with his shovel backhoe the fiber optic cable that provides Internet service and telephone line to the entire area of Nosara.

Thanks to an anonymous report to the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (Costarican Institute of Electricity- ICE) of Nicoya at 8:30 AM, employees of the ICE arrived at the area known as Rancho Congo corner in Guiones, to repair the cable, restoring service a few minutes after midday.
