On Saturday December 7th, Nicoya celebrated 165 of its creation with the “Nicoya Shines Parade”. The activities started at 12pm with a Roots, rock, reggae concert by the bands Alta Voz, Nicoa 37 & Kabuya.The light parade had 14 marching bands from across the country and one from El Salvador. Nine floats gave light and color to the streets of Nicoya.
