Que Lindo Feria de Arte 2016, a lively community exposition of locally made art and handi-crafts, will take place in Samara, 30 January, noon to 5PM. For the third year, artists from around the region will present their hand-made items for sale to the public at The Natural Center in Samara. Entrance is free. There will be music and dance performances to entertain the crowds. A live auction and raffle will raise money for art education. Plenty of delicious and refreshing goodies made locally will satisfy the hungry and thirsty. Be sure to come by and enjoy the creativity of your neighbors. Buy something nice for yourself or select a great gift.
All art made in Costa Rica is welcome. Food makers are also welcome. Imported items will not be accepted. Pre-registration is now open for artists and vendors. To make it easier for artists, this year the registration fee will include a 6’ long table and a chair. We hope to have plenty of shade for all, under tents in the side street. Artists only have to bring your art. Fee is c5,000 ($9.50) per table – you may choose to share a table with a friend.
There are three ways to register. C5,000 or $9.50. To find out how, see www.samara-artes.com
